H&M are happy to exchange or refund any unsuitable garments within 28 days Provided they are in a resalable condition and a valid receipt is presented. We regret that for reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange pierced earrings and cosmetic products. Special refund and exchange policy for H&M Selfridges apply.
